Baumgartner House
The Baumgartner house of 1975 was designed for a contractor that worked with Haertling on several projects. The design is similar to the Matheson house in that it is also located on the top of a mesa. The floor plan indicates that it may have been one of the projects that Haertling used the initials of the client to determine the shape. The exterior features the fractured ribbed concrete that is also on the Razee house.
